DCL Watercolor Screenshot Preset Installation

Mixes a Watercolor background preset with a DCL screenshot to make it look like painted.
The preset is optimized for 4K widescreen (3840x1600), but the script is able to resize
the preset image to the screenshot canvas dimensions!

1. copy Watercolor.png and Watercolor.jsx to C:\ (root dir!)
2. import DCL Watercolor.atn into Photoshop (double-click or inside Actions)
3. run "DCL Watercolor > DCL Fast Screenshot" Action
